Edit your Profile
Click here to download instructions on how to change your contact details, choose what is displayed in the Home Owners Directory and select whether you want to receive emails from specific Activity Groups, eg Golf, Bowls, etc.

Emails
We want to avoid sending people emails that they do not wish to receive. You can choose which Groups you are interested in, as many of their announcements will be sent purely to those who have ticked their Group in the "Edit Your Profile" page (see above for instructions). Other announcement or news may not be emailed but entered on the News page of the website. The most recent six items are also displayed on the Home Page.
Events
To register your attendance:
Click on the Event where it shows in the Calendar, which will take you to the event details. If registration is required there will be a "Register" button. Click on that and follow the prompts. Your membership details will automatically be included in your registration. That is why each Home Owner needs an individual membership of the website, which is based on an individual email address.
To cancel your registration:
If you need to cancel your registration please go back into the event, and it will say "already registered", click that and it will say cancel registration.
Alternatively, you can click on the 'Profile' icon at the top right of the page to take you into your profile. Then click on "My Event Registrations". This will take you to all the events that you have registered for - choose the one that you want to cancel and click on the "Cancel" button.

To book the Tesla/Bus or a facility:
First check whether the Tesla, Bus, or facility you want to use has already been booked for that time. You can check the What's On or, for example.
Then complete a Booking Form for. Ensure your booking conforms with the relevant Halcyon Rise policies.
Passwords
You set your own password. If you forget it then click the 'Forgotten password' link at the log-in screen, and you will receive an email with a link for you to click on and reset your password. This link is will work for 24 hours.
Sharing a computer (two different members)
If two people are sharing the same computer, one may need to log out of the website before the other can log in. To do this, click on the person icon and then click on "log out" which appears just below the person. This should take you to the login screen. Enter the email of the second member and either enter your password, or click on 'Forgot Password'. This will generate an email which contains a link and instructions on how to set your password.
If you click the 'remember me' button then you will be automatically logged in on that computer. So if you want to log out and allow a second person to log in, then uncheck the 'Remember Me' button.
